I’ve read about this place, heard about this place, seen photos of this place, and now I’ve been to this place. Au Cheval is voted to dish up one of the best burgers in the world. Well I can confirm this place almost brings a tear to my eye thinking of it and it is, in fact, the best burger I’ve ever had on all my travels. This is a must on your next trip to New York and the restaurant is pretty hip as well. @auchevaldiner can we get one in the UK soon, please.
