KING CRAB - Back when I was ten living in Chicago, I remember a trip to Costco where I saw gigantic king crab claws stacked up. “Mum could we get one - please, please, please.” The anticipation in the car on the way back was seriously painful. When home, Mum boiled them for me and presented the prehistoric-looking leg on my plate. Once I’d navigated the hard shell with a walnut cracker, it was time to drown the anticipation out. The plump pinky-white flesh touched my lips and tongue, I remember the salty sweetness like yesterday. I fell in love immediately and unfortunately, I fell in love with something so expensive. To this day king crab brings back so many amazing memories and joy to my soul

Just looking at this Lobster roll gets me drooling at the mouth. Maybe a seafood order for next week?
