NOBOOK Barcelona - a restaurant where the chefs and waiters dress up as prisoners! Funky, innovative and certainly the best prison food around. This is the place to be. The food is Asian themed and cooked in an open kitchen. Here's a snap from my friend whipping me up a storm.

Salmon is one of the few foods I really dislike. Why? It’s just a bit basic, tasteless and generally boring. However, Nobook converted me by elevating the basic pink protein into something a bit more extraordinary. The presentation of it was a work of art and rather original. It looked good and tasted better! The outside of the salmon was slightly cooked and had a nice crispy seaweed encasing it. Overall a great funky dish. One more please!! Nobook is an absolute must in BCN and it's reasonable coming in at around €50 for two people with drinks. Start you engines and go, go, go!
