Crumpet with brown shrimp and redcurrant
Small brown potted shrimps are a true seafood great. Their sweet buttery taste is just divine and true luxury. This recipe is a simple and great snack.
1 pot of potted shrimp (found in Waitrose)
Fresh red currants
Firstly toast the crumpet.
While crumpet is being toasted warm up the potted shrimps in a small saucepan. Once the butter has melted and warmed through, squeeze a 1/4 of a lemon and stir.
Place the shrimp on the crumpet and garnish with dill and fresh redcurrants.
