HERE WEEEE GOOOOO.... @froghoxton
Pardon my language, but the meal we had at @froghoxton was f*cking marvellous. Our food was amazing, and our service was engaging and full of laughs. I wouldn’t even wait to read the rest of the review to decide whether to book a table - DO IT NOW! Testament to the great experience we had was the fact we arrived at the restaurant at 20:00 and left at 01:00 🙏🏻 We all opted for the tasting menu and here are the nibbly-knobbly crackers with cods roe that we had to start

Did someone say chicken butter bread?

Celeriac, yolk, date, apple and truffle: probably one of the most interesting, exciting and unique dishes I’ve ever come across. As the waitress put this dish down she declared that each bite would taste differently, and after a few glasses of wine down this simply brushed over my head. Nevertheless, after my second bite I was thrown and may as well have been tasered by a trigger happy policeman - I was truly bamboozled at how different it tasted. Yet, my tongue was screeching how immaculately the two bites flowed together. The subsequent two bites were precisely the same, and left me thinking what a culinary accomplishment this was.

Spiced Brown Shrimp Tart @adamhandling are you sure you shouldn’t submit this plate to @tate? Mmmmm brown shrimp are one of my favourite crustaceans to divulge on. Here the buttery seafood sensation they produce perfectly complemented the lightly-spiced crunchy tart.

I will take three deserts and three different desert wines please! Overall I can highly recommend @froghoxton and I would say it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve had.
