Prior to Christmas, I visited Oxford to see ‘The Ginger’ - she’s been one of the most valuable players in my university career. The historic city is one that you could immerse yourself in for hours, with an endless abundance of galleries and museums it’s a philistine’s worst nightmare! Hungry, we decided to dine in one of the college cafes under St Mary’s Church, known as the Vaults.
Beef Rendang. It doesn’t look like much, but it tasted great! It’s not all in the presentation and I think that’s what makes my eating habits so diverse. I love dining in all types of places from Michelin star restaurants to hole in the wall places, as long as it tastes great I’m happy.
