Octopus delights @clawfood
I usually assess a crab roll by focusing on three points. Firstly, how much crab there is, and here there was plenty and I even found myself tucking into some rather large chunks. Secondly, the bread has to be good, and the brioche bun that surrounded the sweet meat was beautifully light and toasted. Third, the flavour, which is super important as the crab must still taste like crab. All three were on point.
Crab mac and cheese to die for @clawfood. Having a hiatus hernia is sometime such a bane on my life when trying to eat good carby food like this.
