Our minds were overwhelmed, our skin was melting, our feet were crumbling and our tummies were rumbling. It was time, time to get some food, and after navigating through the maze of online reviews we saw the end in sight. Jak Porika lights this small dark alley, a restaurant hailed by many to produce some of the finest traditional Thai delights known to grace the polluted streets of Bangkok.

The stir fried duck with morning glory was our favourite dish on the menu. When eating Thai in the UK you just don’t get the same complexities in flavour as you do in Thailand.
