Prior to visiting Amsterdam I had conducted a vast amount of research into where I wanted to eat and what I wanted to eat. Following this, one thing kept popping up and that was Febo, which is a fast food restaurant that sells its munch in vending machines. I was highly sceptical of this and almost didn’t try something from here. However,... all will be revealed in the next post.

 And here it is the infamous veal croquette. Firstly, let us appreciate the minimalist presentation, a solid red table with a perfectly angular box containing the notorious croquette - truly stunning. But, for the taste, wow I was impressed it was super crunchy on the outside, and the inside was rich and creamy just like a croquette should be. I’m not going to beat around the bush. This was one of the best croquette’s I’ve had. Get yourself to FEBO and get one, don’t be put off by it coming from a vending machine!
